Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 1, 2026
Thank you for using Team HAI service (hereinafter referred to as 'Service') provided by INUSCOMMUNITY Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Company'). These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and members in using the Service. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company and members regarding the use of Team HAI service (AI Search Optimization SaaS Platform, hereinafter referred to as 'Service') provided by INUSCOMMUNITY Co., Ltd.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:
- "Service" refers to the Team HAI platform provided by the Company, including AI search engine optimization (AIGEO), SEO, AEO, GEO analysis and optimization, content generation, performance monitoring, and other features.
- "Member" refers to an individual or corporation that has agreed to these Terms and entered into a service agreement with the Company.
- "Organization" refers to a work unit created by a member within the Service for brand management, team collaboration, and other functions.
- "Subscription" refers to the right to use the Service according to the plan selected by the member.
- "Content" refers to all forms of information including text, images, and data that are created, stored, or analyzed through the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
Matters regarding the effect and amendment of these Terms are as follows:
- These Terms become effective when posted on the Service screen or notified to members through other means.
- The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws, and when amended, will post the effective date, reasons for amendment, and current terms on the Service screen at least 7 days before the effective date.
- If a member does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue use of the Service and withdraw. If the member continues to use the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms, they are deemed to have agreed to the amendments.
- In the event of important changes to any policy, including the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or AI Terms of Service, the Company will notify members separately via in-service notices, email, or other means.
Article 4 (Service Content)
The main content of the Service provided by the Company is as follows:
- AIGEO Score Diagnosis: Analyzes and scores the website's AI search engine optimization status.
- AI Exposure Analysis: Analyzes brand exposure across major AI platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
- CDJ/CEP Analysis: Supports marketing strategy development by analyzing Customer Decision Journey and Category Entry Points.
- Content Studio: Generates various brand-optimized content using AI.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitors performance indicators including AI search rankings, SOV (Share of Voice), and keyword tracking.
Article 5 (Plans and Payment)
Matters regarding service fees and payment are as follows:

Top-up Credits
In addition to subscription plans, we offer 'Top-up Credits' that allow you to purchase additional AI points as needed.
- Top-up Credits are used to purchase points consumed by AI features (content generation, analysis, etc.).
- Point usage order: Points included in the subscription plan are deducted first, and top-up credits are deducted after the subscription points are exhausted.
- Top-up credits remain valid until account withdrawal or subscription suspension, at which point remaining credits will automatically expire.
Article 6 (Refund Policy)
Matters regarding refunds are as follows:
- Full refund is available within 7 days of payment if the Service has not been used.
- Once the Service has been used, refunds are not available regardless of the usage period.
- For annual subscriptions, the refund is calculated based on the standard (non-discounted) price for the period already used, and the remaining period will be refunded.
- Refund requests can be made through the settings menu within the Service or through customer support.
· Point usage order: Subscription plan points are used first, and top-up credits are used after subscription points are exhausted.
· Top-up Credits refund: A full refund is available only if the purchased credits have not been used at all. If any portion of the credits has been used, no refund will be issued.
· Payment and transaction records are retained for 5 years from the date of payment in accordance with relevant laws, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
Article 7 (Member Obligations)
Members shall not engage in the following activities:
- Using others' information or registering false information
- Copying, distributing, promoting, or commercially using information obtained through the Service without prior consent from the Company
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
- Interfering with stable service operation or placing excessive load on the system
- Other activities that violate relevant laws or terms of use set by the Company
Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Intellectual property rights for all content, software, technology, and designs included in the Service belong to the Company. Copyright for content created by members through the Service belongs to the members, and the Company may use such content within the scope of providing the Service. Members shall not copy, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use information with intellectual property rights belonging to the Company without prior consent.
Article 9 (Restriction and Suspension of Service Use)
The Company may restrict or suspend service use in the following cases: 1. When a member violates these Terms 2. When causing serious obstacles to service operation 3. When there are other reasonable grounds The Company may temporarily suspend the Service due to unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters, system inspection, or maintenance, and will provide advance notice. However, in urgent cases, notice may be provided afterwards.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
The Company is not liable for damages caused by the following:
- Service interruption due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or terrorism
- Service usage problems due to member's fault
- Damages arising from member's failure to achieve expected revenue through the Service or from selection or use of Service materials
Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)
In case of disputes between the Company and members regarding service use, both parties shall negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court according to relevant laws, and the Seoul Central District Court shall be the court of first instance.
Article 12 (Miscellaneous)
Matters not specified in these Terms and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and customs. The Company may establish separate terms or policies applicable to specific services if necessary, and such content will be posted on the Service screen. The Company's Privacy Policy and AI Terms of Service apply together with these Terms, and members are deemed to have agreed to those policies upon registration. In the event of important changes to any policy, including the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or AI Terms of Service, the Company will notify members separately via in-service notices, email, or other means.
