Generative AI Service Terms of Use
Effective Date: February 1, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Use are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between INUSCOMMUNITY Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the use of generative AI services provided by the Company. The user's use of the service is conditional upon acceptance and compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, including export restriction laws.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:
- "Service" refers to content generation, analysis, recommendation, and other services provided by the Company using generative AI.
- "User" refers to an individual or legal entity that uses the Service.
- "Input" refers to text, photos, images, data, and other information that users enter into the Service during use.
Article 3 (Limited License Grant and Service Rights)
The Company grants users a license to use the Service under the following conditions:
- The license is limited, non-transferable, and revocable.
- Users may use the Service in accordance with these Terms and guidelines provided by the Service.
- All rights to the Service belong to the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, and intellectual property laws.
- Even with agreement to these Terms, users are only granted the right to use the Service, not ownership rights.
- The Company may change the content or scope of the Service according to operational and technical needs.
Article 4 (Precautions When Using the Service)
Due to the nature of the Service, the following precautions are necessary:
- The Service may provide incomplete or inaccurate outputs. Users must verify the accuracy and appropriateness of outputs themselves.
- Outputs identical or similar to other works or existing outputs of the Service may be provided.
Article 5 (Service Data Collection and Use)
The Company may collect, store, and use service data including inputs entered by users during service use for the purpose of providing better services and improving service quality. Some features of the Service may transmit and store service data including inputs to servers of the Company or its agents.
Article 6 (Input Restrictions)
Users must ensure that inputs do not contain the following. If violated, the Company may take measures such as deleting inputs and restricting use.
- Personal information of others, including sensitive information and unique identification information
- Secrets or trade secrets of others
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights such as copyrights of others
- Content that defames or invades the privacy of others
- Content that violates laws or social norms
Article 7 (Prohibited Activities)
Users must not use the Service for illegal purposes or methods contrary to these Terms or applicable laws, and must refrain from the following activities:
- Acts that interfere with or bypass Service functions
- Transmitting or distributing malware, viruses, etc.
- Accessing or damaging the Service without authorization
- Creating or transmitting spam, mass messages, advertisements, etc.
- Reverse engineering or disassembling the source code of the Service
- Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works of the Service
- Selling, reselling, or transferring licenses of the Service
- Using the Service for professional advice on medical, legal, financial matters, etc. (provided for informational purposes only)
Article 8 (Changes to Terms)
The Company may revise the Terms and will announce changed Terms through service notices. Matters that may significantly affect users will be separately notified through the service main screen. If users continue to use the Service after the effective date of changed Terms, even without agreeing to the changes, the Company will consider them to have agreed to the changed Terms.
Article 9 (Third-Party Services)
The Service may include content, products, and services provided by third parties. The Company has no control over third-party services and is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the use of third-party services. The use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies.
Article 10 (Service Changes and Termination)
The Company may change or terminate the Service at any time. Unless separate terms are provided for service changes, these Terms apply. The Company may suspend the Service if users violate these Terms or if the Company or its partners decide to terminate service provision.
Article 11 (Disclaimer and Compensation)
The Service is provided 'as is' or 'as available' to the extent permitted by applicable law. The Company does not make any warranties regarding the Service, including merchantability, quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, virus-free, or non-infringement of third-party rights. The Company is not liable for any damages incurred by users while using the Service unless due to intentional or gross negligence.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute between the Company and users regarding the Service, jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
